44. COMPARATIVE AMOUNTS
As further explained in note 2 to the financial statements,
due to the application of merger accounting for common
control combinations during the current year, the comparative
amounts have been revised to comply with the new accounting
treatment.
In addition, the comparative income statement has been re-
presented as if the operation discontinued during the current
year had been discontinued at the beginning of the
comparative period (note 13).
45. APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The financial statements were approved and authorised for
issue by the board of directors on 23 April 2007.
44. 比較金額
誠如按財務報表附註2所詳細闡釋，由於
本年度就一般控制權合併應用合併會計
法，故比較金額已經修訂，以符合新會
計處理方法。
此外，比較收益表已重新呈列，猶如本
年度內已終止經營之業務已於比較期間
開始時終止經營（附註13）。
45. 財務報表之批准
財務報表已於二零零七年四月二十三日
經董事會批准及授權刊發。
