Of all the properties listed above, 26 are owned and the remaining 22 are leased. Many of our properties are used for a combination of
manufacturing, distribution and administration. These properties are included in the above listing based on primary usage.
In addition, in our North America business (which has been presented as discontinued operations) we have one manufacturing facility and
five distribution centers measuring 50,000 square feet or more, of which five are owned and one is leased.
