Dividends
During 2015, the Board of Directors declared quarterly
cash dividends of $0.155 per common share payable on
December 31, 2015, September 30, 2015, June 30, 2015
and March 31, 2015. During 2014, the Board of Directors
declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.125 per common
share payable on December 31, 2014, September 30, 2014,
June 30, 2014 and March 31, 2014. The declaration or autho-
rization and amount of future dividends will be determined by
the Board of Directors and will depend on our financial con-
dition, earnings, available U.S. cash, capital requirements,
regulatory constraints, industry practice and any other fac-
tors that the Board of Directors believes are relevant.
