electronic notification of the proxy can be carried out, in compliance with the provisions
stated in the notice of invitation to attend, by using the special section on the website of
the Company, or, if stated in the notice of invitation to attend, by sending the document
to the certified e-mail address of the Company.
The proxy may also be granted to the representative appointed by the Company with
voting instructions on all or some of the proposals on the agenda in accordance with
article 135-undecies of the Italian Consolidated Financial Law.
The Company by-laws do not provide for voting by mail.
Pursuant to article 14 of the by-laws, the provisions of the law are applied in relation to the
validity of the composition of the meeting and the related resolutions.
During 2011 the Shareholders’ Meeting convened on April 28, 2011 to pass resolutions on
the following items on the agenda:
1. approval of the financial statements as at and for the year ending December 31, 2010;
2. allocation of the net income and distribution of the dividend;
3. assignment of the office of auditing of accounts for the 2012-2020 fiscal years.
V. INVESTOR RELATIONS
An investor relations team, directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, is dedicated
to relations with the national and international financial community, with investors and
analysts, and with the market.

that may be of interest to Company shareholders and investors. Documents on corporate
