I, Larry Page, certify that:
1. I have reviewed this Annual Report on Form 10-K of Google Inc.;
2. Based on my knowledge, this report does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material
fact necessary to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which such statements were made, not
misleading with respect to the period covered by this report;
3. Based on my knowledge, the nancial statements, and other nancial information included in this report, fairly present in
all material respects the nancial condition, results of operations and cash ows of the registrant as of, and for, the periods
presented in this report;
4. The registrant’s other certifying o cer and I are responsible for establishing and maintaining disclosure controls and
