19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On January 31, 2011, the Company entered into an amendment to the Delta Connection Agreement. The amendment establishes the
annual base rate costs for certain periods, adds eight additional E170 aircraft within the scope of the agreement and amends certain provisions
of the agreement.
