ADJUSTMENT OF GUARANTEES
7.1
In the event that any change to any law, governmental regulation or requirement or interpretation thereof by any
governmental agency (a “Rule Change”)
is made subsequent to the date of the Agreement and such Rule Change
affects the Aircraft configuration or performance, or both, that is required to obtain Type Certificate, the Performance
Guarantees shall be appropriately modified to reflect the effect of any such Rule Change.
