The Seller will, without payment or other liability, be entitled to use the Aircraft before Delivery as may be necessary
to obtain the certificates required under Clause 7. Such use will not limit the Buyer's obligation to accept Delivery
hereunder.

Following satisfactory completion of the Technical Acceptance Process and in accordance with the provisions of
Subclause 9.2.1, the Buyer shall deliver to the Seller a signed Certificate of Acceptance in the form attached as
Exhibit D in respect of the relevant Aircraft.
The Buyer’
s signature of the Certificate of Acceptance for the Aircraft shall constitute waiver by the Buyer of any
right it may have under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of New York or otherwise to revoke
such acceptance for any reason, whether known or unknown to the Buyer at the time of acceptance.
