4. PRICE REVISION
The A330-900neo Aircraft Base Price and the A350-
900 Aircraft Base Price as defined in Subclauses 3.1.1 and 3.2.1
respectively shall be revised to the actual Delivery Date of such A330-900neo Aircraft and A350-
900 Aircraft, as
applicable, in accordance with the Airbus Price Revision Formula set forth in Exhibit C.
