On the Seller’
s reasonable request, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with all the necessary data, as customarily
compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and
coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to monitoring the safety,
availability and efficient and cost effective operations of the Airbus fleet worldwide.
All notices and requests required or authorized hereunder shall be given in writing either by personal delivery to a
responsible officer of the party to whom the same is given or by commercial courier, certified air mail (return receipt
requested), facsimile to be confirmed by subsequent registered mail at the addresses set forth below. The date upon
which any such notice or request is so personally delivered, or if such notice or request is given by commercial
courier, certified air mail, facsimile or other electronic transmission, the date upon which sent, shall be deemed to be
the effective date of such notice or request.
