AIRBUS S.A.S , a société par actions simplifiée
, created and existing under French law having its registered office at
1 Rond-Point Maurice Bellonte, 31707 Blagnac-
Cedex, France and registered with the Toulouse Registre du
Commerce under number RCS Toulouse 383 474 814 (the “ Seller ”),
and
DELTA AIR LINES, INC.
, a corporation organized and existing under Delaware law with offices located at 1050
Delta Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia 30320 (the “ Buyer ”).
WHEREAS, the Buyer wishes to purchase, and the Seller is willing to sell, twenty-five (25) firm Airbus A330-
900neo model aircraft and twenty-five (25) firm A350-
900 model aircraft upon the terms and conditions provided
herein; and
NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
