In the event of the Seller having authorized the disclosure of any training data and documentation to third parties
either under the Agreement or by an express prior written authorization, the Buyer shall cause such third party to
agree to be bound by the same conditions and restrictions as the Buyer with respect to the disclosed training data and
documentation and to use such training data and documentation solely for the purpose for which they are provided.
Without prejudice to Subclause 19, the Buyer’
s rights under this Clause 16 may not be assigned, sold, transferred,
novated or otherwise alienated by operation of law or otherwise, without the Seller’s prior written consent.
