All payments under this Exhibit H shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the then
current Customer Services e-Catalog.
Title to any Material purchased under this Exhibit H shall remain with the Seller until full payment of the invoices and
interest thereon, if any, has been received by the Seller.
The Buyer hereby undertakes that Material title to which has not passed to the Buyer, shall be kept free from any
debenture or mortgage or any similar charge or claim in favour of any third party.
