environmental laws and other similar legislation adopted in the U.S. and other countries will have a substantial unfavorable impact on
our business, the costs and timing of costs under environmental laws are difficult to predict.

disasters, or public health issues, whether in the U.S. or abroad, could cause damage or disruption to us, our suppliers or customers,
or could create political or economic instability, any of which could harm our business. These events could cause a decrease in
demand for our products, could make it difficult or impossible for us to deliver products or for our suppliers to deliver components,
and could create delays and inefficiencies in our supply chain.

At February 1, 2008, we owned or leased a total of approximately 17.9 million square feet of office, manufacturing, and warehouse space
worldwide, approximately 8.2 million square feet of which is located in the U.S. and the remainder of which is located in other countries.
We believe our existing properties are suitable and adequate for our current needs and that we can readily meet our requirements for
additional space at competitive rates by extending expiring leases or by finding alternative space.
Our principal executive offices, including global headquarters, are located at One Dell Way, Round Rock, Texas, United States of
America. The locations of our headquarters of geographic operations at February 1, 2008 were as follows:
