9.6. Qualified Joint And Survivor Annuity Requirements
The Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity requirements do not apply to this Plan. The Plan does not provide any annuity distributions to Participants
nor to Surviving Spouses. A transfer agreement described in Section 15.2 may not permit a plan which is subject to Code Section 417 to transfer
assets to this Plan, unless the transfer is an elective transfer as described in Section 15.3.
