2.3.
Participant Re-Entry
If the employment of a Participant is terminated and the Participant subsequently is re-employed, the re-employed Employee shall become a Participant on
the date of re-employment, provided such rehired Employee is not a member of an ineligible class of Employees under Section 2.1(c) of the Plan. Should
such Employee not be immediately eligible to participate in the Plan because of an ineligible job classification, such Employee shall become eligible to
participate in the Plan as provided in Section 2.1(d).
