Our PowerPathwayTMTM program is reaching into our
communities to develop qualiî ed, diverse candidates
for employment at the utility and elsewhere in the
industry. î e program is made possible through
extensive collaboration with community colleges;
labor, industry, and workforce development specialists;
and community-based organizations and foundations.
In 2008, PowerPathwayTMTM screened a record 3,700
applicants and graduated its î rst class. Itâs another
way we are investing in strong communities.
