Our new, highly e cient Gateway
Generating Station in the San Francisco
Bay Area is contributing to California’s
grid reliability while producing electricity
for almost 400,000 homes and businesses.
Construction is also under way at our
Colusa Generating Station in the Central
Valley and the new Humboldt Bay
Generating Station on the North Coast,
completing a trio of state-of-the-art
power generators. ese new facilities
will reduce California’s reliance
on an aging eet of power plants and
decrease fuel use and greenhouse
gas emissions.
