34 ACQUISITION OF SUBSIDIARY
On 1 December 2006, the Group acquired a 75% interest in ANA Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd (subsequently renamed IHG ANA Hotels
Group Japan LLC), a hotel management company based in Japan.
