(1) We have definitive agreements, which were approved by the Bankruptcy Court, with third parties to sell 48 B-737-800 aircraft immediately after those aircraft are delivered to us by the
manufacturer starting in 2007. These aircraft are included in the above table because we continue to have a contractual obligation to purchase these aircraft from the manufacturer.
