As in the previous year, Supervisory Board members receive an attendance allow-
ance of , for each plenary meeting of the Supervisory Board or committee meeting
that they attend. ey are entitled to the reimbursement of out-of-pocket cash expenses
incurred in the exercise of their oce. Any value added tax charged on Supervisory
Board remuneration or out-of-pocket expenses is reimbursed.
