On March 30, 2013, the aggregate market value of the registrant’s Class A Common Stock, $0.10 par value (Class A stock), and Class
B Common Stock, $0.10 par value (Class B stock), held by non-affiliates of the registrant was $6,927,429,212 and $391,039,
respectively. Class B stock is not publicly listed for trade on any exchange or market system. However, Class B stock is convertible
into Class A stock on a share-for-share basis, so the market value was calculated based on the market price of Class A stock.
On October 26, 2013, there were 273,804,571 shares of Class A stock and 70,013,055 shares of Class B stock outstanding.
