The following is a summary of the fair value of available-for-sale securities at June 27, 2008 (in millions):
At June 27, 2008, the Company had no marketable securities that had been in a continuous unrealized loss position for a period greater
than 12 months and determined no investments were other-than-temporarily impaired.
The following is a summary of the fair value of available-for-sale securities at June 29, 2007 (in millions):
At June 29, 2007, the Company had marketable securities with a fair value of $23 million that had been in a continuous unrealized loss
position for a period greater than 12 months. The Company reviewed these marketable securities and determined that no investments were other-
than-temporarily impaired at June 29, 2007. The unrealized loss on these marketable securities was immaterial.
