Service Provider shall maintain in full force and effect the rights and licenses described in this paragraph for the entire Term and for
the duration of the provision of Termination Assistance Services.
(f) Performance Warranty. The Services will conform to the description of the Services set forth in each
Transaction Document and to general industry standards for the Services provided by Service Provider pursuant to this Agreement.
(g) Data Processing and Transfers. With respect to each transfer of Personally Identifiable Information,
Service Provider (i) has full legal authority in each jurisdiction where Personally Identifiable Information will be Processed to
Process such Personally Identifiable Information; and (ii) will use such Personally Identifiable Information for purposes not
