(x) The interest expenses and income were determined
with reference to the standard rates published by the
People’s Bank of China.
(xi) The trademark licence fee expenses were charged
at a rate of 0.8% of certain sales made by Qingdao
Haier Washing Machine Co., Ltd., Foshan Shunde
Haier Electric Co., Ltd., Hefei Haier Washing Machine
Co., Ltd., Qingdao Jiaonan Haier Washing Machine
Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Haier Washing Machine Co.,
Ltd.
(xii) The consignment sale commission income was
determined at 2% of the turnover of the sales of
the outstanding inventories of washing machines
and water heaters owned by subsidiaries of Haier
Investment at 31 December 2006.
(xiii) The sales of gift products were made at selling prices
no less than that sold by the Group to independent
third parties.

(x) 利息支出及收入乃根據中國人民銀行頒佈
之標準息率釐定。
(xi) 商標牌照費支出乃按青島海爾洗衣機有限
公司、佛山市順德海爾電器有限公司、合
肥海爾洗衣機有限公司、青島膠南海爾洗
衣機有限公司及重慶海爾洗衣機有限公司
之若干銷售0.8%之比率計價。
(xii) 商品代售佣金收入乃根據海爾投資之附屬
公司於二零零六年十二月三十一日所擁有
之洗衣機及熱水器尚餘存貨銷售之營業額
2%釐定。
(xiii) 銷售禮品乃按不低於本集團向獨立第三者
進行出售之出售價進行。
