35. Contingent Liabilities
At the balance sheet date, neither the Group nor the
Company had any significant contingent liabilities.
36. Operating Lease Arrangements
The Group leases certain properties under operating
lease arrangements. Leases for the properties are
negotiated for terms ranging from one to ten years.
At the balance sheet date, the Group and the
Company had total future minimum lease payments
under non-cancellable operating leases falling due as
follows:

36. 經營租約安排
本集團根據經營租約安排租用若干物業。議定
之物業租期介乎一年至十年。
於結算日，本集團及本公司根據於下列期間到
期之不能取消之經營租約有未來最低租金總額
如下：
