Material Acquisition and Disposal of
Subsidiaries and Associates
On 4 September 2007, the Group entered into
agreements to acquire the remaining 30% interest in
Haier Indesit (Qingdao) Washing Machine Co., Ltd. and
Haier Indesit (Qingdao) Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.,
which are engaged in the manufacture and sale of front
loading washing machines, from Indesit Group, for an
aggregate consideration of €14,310,000 (approximately
HK$162,977,000). The acquisition was completed in
December 2007.
附屬公司及聯營公司之重大收購及出售
於二零零七年九月四日，本集團訂立協議，按總
代價14,310,000 歐羅（約162,977,000 港元）向盈
德喜集團收購海爾盈德喜（青島）洗衣機有限公司
及海爾盈德喜（青島）電器有限公司（從事製造及
銷售滾筒式洗衣機）之餘下30% 權益。該收購已
於二零零七年十二月完成。
