40. Post Balance Sheet Events
Subsequent to the balance sheet date, on 18 January
2008, the outstanding aggregate principal amount
of the convertible notes of HK$170 million was fully
converted, further details of which are set-out in note
28 to the financial statements.
41. Approval of the Financial Statements
The financial statements were approved and
authorised for issue by the board of directors on
24 April 2008.
40. 結算日後事項
於結算日後，於二零零八年一月十八日，未
行使本金總額170,000,000 港元之可換股票
據已獲全數兌換，進一步詳情載於財務表附
註28。
41. 財務報表之批准
財務報表已於二零零八年四月二十四日經董
事會批准及授權刊發。
