Notes:
(i) Details of the Company’s share option scheme and
the share options issued under the scheme are
included in note 32 to the financial statements.
(ii) Pursuant to a special resolution passed at a special
general meeting of the Company held on 7 March
2007, the Company reduced the nominal value of
each of its issued shares from HK$0.10 to HK$0.01
by the cancellation of paid-up capital of HK$0.09 on
each of its issued shares (the “Capital Reduction”).
Immediately following the Capital Reduction, every 10
issued shares of the Company of HK$0.01 resulting
from the Capital Reduction were consolidated into
one consolidated share of HK$0.1 each (the “Share
Consolidation”). The Capital Reduction and Share
Consolidation became effective from 8 March 2007.
31. 已發行權益

於年內涉及本公司已發行股本之交易概要如
下：
附註 ︰
(i) 本公司購股權計劃及根據計劃發行之購股
權之詳情載於財務報表附註32。
(ii) 根據本公司於二零零七年三月七日舉行之
股東特別大會上通過之特別決議案，本公
司透過註銷其每股已發行股份之已繳足股
本0.09港元，將其每股已發行股份之面值
由0.1港元削減至0.01 港元（「股本削減」）。
緊隨股本削減後，本公司因股本削減而產
生之每10股每股面值 0.01 港元之已發行股
份合併為一股每股面值0.1 港元之合併股
份（「股份合併」）。股本削減及股份合併已
由二零零七年三月八日起生效。
