(a) Independent non-executive directors: (Cont’d)
* Dr. Liu Xiao Feng and Mr. Yu Hon To, David,
were appointed as directors of the Company on
21 June 2007.
** Mr. Lam Kin Kau, Mark, and Mr. Fung Hoi Wing,
Henry, resigned as directors of the Company on
21 June 2007.
*** Mr. Lau Ho Wai, Lucas, resigned as a director
of the Company on 28 July 2006.
There were no other emoluments payable to the
independent non-executive directors during the
year (2006: Nil).
