Since the launch of our frequent guest program – WestJet
Rewards – we have received very positive feedback from members
who appreciate the transparency of our program and the easy-
to-understand nature of WestJet dollars in terms of earning and
redeeming for travel with WestJet.
In
2011
, we removed the minimum annual spend requirement
and expanded the program so all guests have the opportunity
to earn WestJet dollars with their first WestJet flight flown or
WestJet Vacations package purchased. WestJet RBC MasterCard
holders also earn extra WestJet dollars by purchasing WestJet
flights with their card. As our rewards program continues to
evolve we expect to incorporate additional ways for our guests
to earn and redeem their WestJet dollars.
