Independence
In conducting our limited assurance engagement, we have complied with the ethical requirements, including independence
requirements of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants and the Australian Accounting Professional and Ethical
Standards Board.
Conclusion
Based on the procedures performed as described above, nothing has come to our attention that would lead us to believe that
the Sustainability Statistics and Notes Section of the Qantas Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2013 has not, in all material
respects, been prepared and presented in accordance with the Criteria established by Management.
