1 Directors’ and Officers’ liability insurance has not been included in the remuneration since it is not possible to determine an appropriate allocation basis.
2 The Non-Executive Director Share Plan allows Non-Executive Directors to purchase shares at no discount to market price on a salary sacrifice basis and operates
under the DSP Terms and Conditions. General Cosgrove participated in this plan from July 2008 to May 2012. The value of shares is included above as Cash FAR.
3 General Cosgrove received payments for services rendered as a Director of Qantas Superannuation Limited.
4 Mr Goodmanson and Mr Meaney received travel allowances of $45,000 and $15,000, respectively during 2011/2012 (2011: $60,000 for Mr Goodmanson).
These amounts were included in Cash FAR.
5 2010/2011 remuneration reflects the period served by Ms Namblard as a Non-Executive Director (16 June 2011 to 30 June 2011).
