Heading
For the Qantas Group, 2011/2012 was a year of
transformation. We recorded an Underlying Profit
Before Tax* despite significant challenges.
We continued to build Qantas’ strong domestic
network, Jetstar and Qantas Frequent Flyer.
And we launched a five-year plan to turn
around Qantas’ international network.
