fiscal year since 1965. Dividends declared and paid per share by fiscal quarter in 2015 and 2014 were as follows:

As of November 30, 2015, there were approximately 71,910 stockholders of record.
In connection with the Separation, on November 1, 2015, we completed the distribution of the outstanding common stock of Hewlett Packard Enterprise
to our stockholders as of the close of business on October 21, 2015, the record date for the distribution. Our stockholders received one share of Hewlett
Packard Enterprise common stock for every one share of our common stock held at the close of business on the record date. We distributed a total of
approximately 1.8 billion shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise common stock to our stockholders.

On October 9, 2015, Hewlett Packard Enterprise completed the offering of senior unsecured notes in aggregate principal amount of $14.6 billion (the
"Notes") through private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities
Act"), and to certain non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act. The Notes issued by Hewlett Packard Enterprise have not
been registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws.
There were no unregistered sales of equity securities in fiscal 2015.

