Secured Debt Obligations, each of whom will be entitled to enforce this Agreement as a third-party beneficiary hereof, and
all of their respective successors and assigns.
(b) Neither Delta nor any other Grantor may delegate any of its duties or assign any of its rights hereunder,
and any attempted delegation or assignment of any such duties or rights will be null and void. All obligations of Delta and
the other Grantors hereunder will inure to the sole and exclusive benefit of, and be enforceable by, the Collateral Trustee,
each Secured Debt Representative and each present and future holder of Secured Debt Obligations, each of whom will be
entitled to enforce this Agreement as a third-party beneficiary hereof, and all of their respective successors and assigns.
SECTION 7.6 Delay and Waiver . No failure to exercise, no course of dealing with respect to the exercise of,
and no delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy arising under this Agreement or any of the other Security Documents
will impair any such right, power or remedy or operate as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise of any such right,
power or remedy will preclude any other or future exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. The
remedies herein are cumulative and are not exclusive of any remedies provided by law.
