Please be advised that, pursuant to 14 C.F.R. § 93.221(a), Delta Air Lines, Inc.
(“Delta”) intends to transfer all rights, interests, and privileges pertaining to the slots listed on the attached Schedule A

nor are they AIR-21 slot exemptions. This slot transfer is permanent.
