ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
The Company’s headquarters and support functions occupy 491 acres, consisting of the home office,
distribution and shipping facilities centralized on a campus-like setting in New Albany, Ohio and an
additional small distribution and shipping facility located in the Columbus, Ohio area, all of which are
owned by the Company. Additionally, the Company leases small facilities to house its design and sourcing
support centers in Hong Kong, New York City and Los Angeles, California, as well as offices in the United
Kingdom, Japan, Switzerland, Italy and China.
All of the retail stores operated by the Company, as of March 16, 2012, are located in leased facilities,
primarily in shopping centers in North America, Europe and Asia. The leases expire at various dates,
between 2012 and 2031.
The Company’s home office, distribution and shipping facilities, design support centers and stores are
currently suitable and adequate.
As of March 16, 2012, the Company’s 1,047 stores were located in North America, Europe and Asia
