David H. Morton Jr., Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Morton, 38, joined Seagate in 1995 and has
served as our Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer since October 2009. Prior to that, he served as our Vice
President of Finance, Sales and Marketing from March 2009 to October 2009; Vice President of Sales Operations from July 2007 to March
2009; Vice President of Finance, Storage Markets from October 2006 to July 2007; Executive Director of Consumer Electronics Finance from
October 2005 to October 2006; and Executive Director of Corporate FP&A from June 2004 to October 2005. Prior to June 2004, Mr. Morton
held a variety of progressively senior management positions within our Finance organization.
