the NYSE’s corporate governance listing standards. On November 15, 2006, we submitted our Annual CEO
Certification as required by Section 303A.12(a) of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.

Our common shares have traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “STX”
since December 11,
2002. Prior to that time there was no public market for our common shares. The high and low sales prices of our
common shares, as reported by the New York Stock Exchange, are set forth below for the periods indicated.
The closing price of our common shares as reported by the New York Stock Exchange on August 15, 2007 was
$23.36 per share. As of August 15, 2007 there were approximately 2,243 holders of record of our common shares.
We did not sell any of our equity securities during fiscal year 2007 that were not registered under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1933, as amended.
