There has not been any change in our internal control over financial reporting identified in connection with the
evaluation that occurred during the year ended December 31, 2006 that has materially affected, or is reasonably
likely to materially affect, those controls.

the chief trade negotiator and principal trade policy maker
for the United States and a member of the President’s
Cabinet. Ambassador Barshefsky is a director of The Estee
Lauder Companies, Inc., American Express Company and
Intel Corporation. Ambassador Barshefsky also serves on
the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations.
