The Eastman Kodak Shares Program is designed
to give investors a way to systematically and
a f f o rdably build their ownership interest in the
C o m p a n y. This Program provides a means of re g-
ular dividend reinvestment and includes a volun-
t a ry investment option, as well as an automatic
monthly investment option, for purchases of addi-
tional shares up to $120,000 per year. The mini-
