inaccordancewithGAAP.Rather,webelievethatthepresentationofresultsbeforespecialitemsandstockoptionexpenseprovidesadditionalinformationtofacilitatethe
comparisonofpastandpresentoperations,excludingitemsthatwedonotbelieveareindicativeofourongoingoperationsandtheadoptionofSFAS123Rwhichdidnot
