All stock options, RSUs and PRSUs were granted pursuant to our EIP. The market value of the unvested RSUs
and PRSUs is determined by multiplying the number of unvested RSUs by $65.92, the closing price of the
Company’s common stock on April 1, 2016, the last trading day of fiscal 2016. For the PRSUs, as described in
the footnotes to the Outstanding Stock Awards table below, the number of shares and their value assumes the
achievement of maximum performance goals, unless otherwise noted.
