OUR NEOS’ FISCAL 2016 COMPENSATION
Our NEOs for fiscal 2016 were as follows:
Andrew Wilson, our Chief Executive Officer;
Blake Jorgensen, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer;
Patrick Söderlund, our Executive Vice President, EA Studios;
Peter Moore, our Executive Vice President and Chief Competition Officer, formerly our Chief Operating
Officer; and
Kenneth Moss, our Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
Effective April 1, 2016, Mr. Moore transitioned from his role as Chief Operating Officer to focus exclusively on
leading the Company’s Competitive Gaming Division.
Compensation Dashboard: The Compensation Dashboard below provides a snapshot of the key elements of
our fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2017 executive compensation programs and illustrates that long-term incentives
constitute the overwhelming majority of our NEOs’ target total direct compensation. Approximately 50% of our
NEOs’ target total direct compensation is performance-based, in the form of restricted stock units with
performance-based vesting (“PRSUs”) and the annual cash bonus, thus putting at risk a significant portion of our
NEOs’ target total direct compensation. Additional information about these key elements is included in the
section below titled “Our Elements of Pay.”
Cash Compensation
The cash compensation of each NEO consists of a market competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn an
annual cash bonus, expressed as a percentage of base salary. Base salary and bonus target percentage are set
based on an assessment of various factors, including Company and individual performance, market rates for each
role and internal parity.
