NOTE 18—SUMMARY OF SEGMENT DATA
We currently have three reportable segments: Kmart, Sears Domestic and Sears Canada. During the fourth quarter of
2007, Sears Canada changed its fiscal year end from the Saturday nearest December 31st to the Saturday nearest January 31st.
This change has been retrospectively applied to all prior year amounts included in the following segment results for Sears
Canada. See Note 2 for further information on the impact of this change.
