BASIS OF PRESENTATION
The consolidated financial statements for the current fiscal year (from April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008) and the prior fiscal year
(from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007) have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in Japan,
as required by the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law of Japan and the Securities and Exchange Law of Japan, respectively,
which are different in certain respects as to the application and disclosure requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards.
