2011 was a transformative year for GameStop and we will continue this course in 2012. To position GameStop for future growth
throughout the next year, we willl:
MAXIMIZE BRICK & MORTAR STORES
Drive sales of 2012 games like Mass Effect 3TM from Electronic Arts, Assassins Creed ® III from Ubisoft Entertainment,
Halo 4 from Microsoft Studios and Call of Duty®: Black Ops II from Activision
Launch new hardware platforms, like PlayStation®Vita and Nintendos Wii U
Continue the sales transfer process and streamline operating costs to improve profi tability
CONTINUE GROWTH IN PRE-OWNED VIDEO GAMES
Leverage sophisticated assortment planning and visual merchandising to improve the sell-through of top titles
Drive greater inventory availability through proprietary regional stock balancing capabilities
UTILIZE POWERUP REWARDS
Use PowerUp consumer data to profi tably transfer customers from closing stores to existing stores
Increase frequency of shop and trade transactions by offering great value to our best customers
IDENTIFY AND EXECUTE ON OPPORTUNITIES FOR DIGITAL GROWTH
Maintain growth in DLC by expanding publisher partnerships and leveraging our knowledgeable store associates
Deliver enhanced tools to Kongregates developer community to increase the quantity and quality of games available
Expand game catalog and functionality of the GameStop PC Download App to attract new digital PC customers
and increase pro tability
EXPAND OUR MOBILE BUSINESS
Raise awareness of our pre-owned mobile device trade program to increase the number of stores that sell
pre-owned mobile devices
Utilize our refurbishment capabilities to increase market of pre-owned mobile devices
Expand new mobile device offerings, including Android tablets
EXERCISE DISCIPLINED CAPITAL ALLOCATION
Continue stock buybacks
Maintain judicious real estate strategy
Return excess cash to shareholders through stock dividends
