– the parent company, Volkswagen AG (Wolfsburg), and its subsidiaries outside the Audi Group
– Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Stuttgart), and its affiliated companies (the company’s voting
interest in Volkswagen AG was 42.6 percent on October 24, 2008. It appoints two members
of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG),
– other parties (individuals and companies) that could be affected by the reporting entity or
that could influence the reporting entity, such as
– the members of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of AUDI AG,
– the members of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG,
