knowledgeableadvice,andourfieldmanagement,logistics,andcorporateteamsprovidedvitalsupport
sothatourstorescouldfocusontheirmostimportanttask—servingourcustomers!
Ourteam’sprideandtheircommitmenttogrowingourCompanyandsupportingeachotherareevi-
dentintheiractions.In2004,thefourhurricanesthatsweptthroughFloridaandtheSoutheasternUnited
Statesposedlife-threateningchallengestotheseareas.Butourteampulledtogetheratalllevelsofthe
Companytosupporteachother,andworkedtirelesslytogetourstoresreopenedquicklytosupporttheir
customersandcommunities.
AswecontinuetofocusonourCompany’sfuture,wearecommittedtoprovidingourteamwithoppor-

AtAdvance,webelievethatgoodbusinessismorethanjustsellingmerchandise,evidencedbyourcontinued
support of community and non-profit organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Thankstothededicationofourteamandthegenerosityofourcustomers,thefundsweraisedin2004for
thisimportantcausebroughtthetotalfundsraisedbyourteaminthepasttenyearstomorethan$10million.
